Why we started

We got tired of watching good businesses get burned.

Between us we'd spent years inside agencies and in-house teams, and we kept seeing the same thing: capable owners handed slick reports they couldn't act on, spend they couldn't trace, and a rotating cast of account managers who never quite understood the business.

So we built the opposite. A two-person shop where the people who plan the strategy are the people who build the funnel and answer the phone.

Few enough clients that every system gets senior attention. Complete enough systems that nothing important falls between vendors.

Every successful business deserves a predictable system for acquiring customers - not a monthly report nobody explains.

I’ve always been fascinated by why people buy. That curiosity led me down the path of marketing, behavioral psychology, and building growth systems that help businesses scale predictably. Today, as co-founder of AscensionModel, I work with businesses to build complete customer acquisition systems; from paid advertising and landing pages to AI automations and conversion optimization. I believe great marketing isn’t about tricks or hacks. It’s about understanding people, removing friction, and creating systems that consistently deliver results.

I’m Shane Henke, co-founder of Ascension Model. My work focuses on helping businesses build client acquisition systems that turn attention into booked calls, qualified opportunities, and real revenue. I’ve spent the last several years working across paid advertising, landing pages, funnel strategy, automation, and content systems, which has given me a practical view of what actually helps businesses grow. Before Ascension Model, I built experience in sales, marketing, media, and operations while working closely with business owners and teams. Outside of work, my faith is a major part of my life, and I care a lot about growth, discipline, and building things that create more freedom for the people behind the business.
